By using getpcpilot.com, PC Pilot apps, or buying Premium, you agree to these Terms with AXOptimizer (“we”, “us”).

The service

PC Pilot provides software and online account features to help optimize and manage your computer. Features may change as we improve the product. Some features require Premium.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person or household should not abuse device limits or share accounts commercially.

Subscriptions & billing

• Premium is billed through Stripe on a recurring basis ($7.99/month or $59.99/year unless stated otherwise).
• You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until the period ends.
• Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable after a billing period starts.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer beyond legal rights, or use PC Pilot to harm others’ systems or data.

System changes

Optimization tools can change settings, files, or startup items on your device. Use at your own risk. Create backups for important data. We are not responsible for data loss or configuration changes you approve in the app.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXOptimizer AND PC PILOT ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the service. You may stop using the service and cancel Premium at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
